These Terms govern the use of the iCashy platform and its content. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

• The platform is for adults 18+ only.
• iCashy is an independent payment and cashier service providing access to iChancy; it does not operate the betting platform.
• Deposits carry no commission and are credited at face value. Moving your balance from iChancy back to your wallet carries a flat 5% withdrawal fee for every user, with the net amount shown before you confirm.
• Withdrawal requests from your wallet to Sham Cash are processed as fast as possible, within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours of being registered, after a financial verification review.
• Referral commissions are subject to anti-fraud and identity-verification terms.
• Full legal responsibility rests with the user.
