شروط استخدام iCashy
هذه الشروط تحكم استخدام منصة iCashy ومحتواها. الاستخدام يعني الموافقة على الشروط.
أهم النقاط
- المنصة مخصصة للبالغين 18+ فقط.
- iCashy خدمة دفع وصرافة مستقلة توفّر الوصول إلى iChancy، وليست الجهة المشغّلة لمنصة الرهان.
- الإيداع بدون عمولة: يُضاف مبلغ التحويل كما هو. وعند تحويل رصيدك من iChancy إلى محفظتك تُقتطع رسوم سحب ثابتة 5% من المبلغ لكل المستخدمين، ويظهر صافي المبلغ قبل التأكيد.
- طلبات السحب من محفظتك إلى شام كاش تُنفَّذ في أسرع وقت ممكن، وبحد أقصى من 24 إلى 48 ساعة من لحظة تسجيل الطلب، بعد مراجعة تحقق مالي.
- عمولات الإحالة تخضع لشروط منع الاحتيال والتحقق من الهوية.
- المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة على المستخدم.
